Autism is a diagnoses doctors can make when the patient reaches three years of life. The causes of this disease is unknown of what the studies show now. But the symptoms are clear if a person has Autism. They are slow on the language/verbal communication , they are aggressive to others or themselves , they have a quick attention span ( they don't pay attention for too long) , their body movements repeatedly go, they are shy and don't like to be with others, communicates with objects instead of words, they are overwhelmed when the schedule of their lives gets changed for a day, they like to spend time alone, they treat people like objects and other symptoms. It mainly affects boys rather than girls but they can still get it. The scientists say that Autism affects one in every 54 boys. It is rapidly growing to a higher extent.

They have many different types of Autism:
1. Asperger's Disorder
Which is the most you hear about. But it's when a child has above language skills but doesn't have them in social situations. They are clumsy, and they focus more on one talent rather than more talents at a time. They are thought to be more intelligent than other people. This is the sort of Autism Albert Einstein had.
2. Kanner's Syndrome
The patients that have this disease , are very emotional when it comes to everyday things, like for instance they want to do everything the same as "normal" people do. But their intelligence level is high which surprised a lot of doctors because of how low their functions are.
3.Pervasive Developmental DisorderThis type of Autism is common but minor and they see this all the time.
4.Rett's Syndrome
This form of Autism is really rare, they don't know much about it , other than the fact that it seems to appear more in the girls than the boys. They often have trouble with body movement control and muscle tone .
5. Childhood Disintegrative Disorder
This is rare too, but the baby appears normal at first when it is born but slowly regresses from there. They usually notice it when the child is four years old and has not yet been potty train. They language sills will regress and they will be less interactive with people.
